Delete Account
You can request account deletion directly in the app. Your data is permanently deleted 30 days after the request.
Delete from the app
This is the fastest way. Open the app and follow these steps:
- Tap your profile icon or open the Settings screen.
- Under YOUR DATA, tap Delete account.
- Confirm by tapping Delete in the dialog.
The app confirms the request immediately. Your account stays accessible for 30 days in case you change your mind, after which everything is permanently deleted.
What gets deleted
- Your account profile (name and login identifier)
- All conversations with your personal coach
- Your insights, memories, and session history
- All conversations in the shared couple layer, including your partner's messages in that thread
- Your subscription record
- Your push notification token
Deletion is permanent and cannot be reversed after the 30-day window closes.
Note on the couple layer: deleting your account also permanently deletes all messages and coaching history in any shared couple layer you were part of. Your partner will lose access to that shared history at the same time.

If you no longer have access to the app, email us at support@dvoe.us from the address associated with your account (or describe your account so we can locate it). We will process your request within 30 days of verification.
